The tendering process involves preparing and issuing tender packages, conducting comprehensive competitive tender analyses, validating budget updates, reporting shortlisted recommendations, negotiating and gaining approval for contracts, arranging payment terms, and drafting purchase orders.
Milestone Planning
Milestones are crucial, outlining the timeline for various project aspects such as furniture production and room fit-outs. We establish and adhere to strict deadlines, including approval processes for drawings, finishes, fabrics, and conducting production and quality inspections. Additionally, we handle delivery scheduling, global consolidation, and logistics planning to ensure a cohesive project plan.
Final Implementation and Delivery

Handover and Post-Completion Services
